THE INFORMERS HEALTH TIPS - BHASTRIKA BREATHING
Sanne from New Zealand Shares Bhastrika Breathing Method.
*This is not for those who are pregnant, on their period or have high blood pressure.
*Sinus and respiratory support – maximizing lung capacity
* it helps support sinus, bronchitis, and other respiratory issues
* great for energizing the body and mind
* since we maximize our lung capacity while doing this protocol, it helps remove toxins and impurities as well.
If congested in the sinuses or lungs, try putting a drop of tea tree oil under your nose, or on your chest prior to doing this exercise. It will open up your air passages for better breathing.
Sitting with spine erect and arms bent hands at shoulder height relaxed. You quickly inhale through the nose while reaching straight up with hands wide open, exhale through the nose, while pulling arms back to shoulder height and hands relaxed again.
Full round is 10-15 times and you do this 3 rounds in total.
If you have congestion or stuffiness have tissues near by.
