THE INFORMERS HEALTH TIPS - FOOT CARE
Dr. Val shares the importance of foot care and grounding. Grounding replenishes the electrical voltage of the cells in our body. This results in good health.
Go barefoot when you can.
Give your feet an Epsom salts bath once a week using 1/4 teaspoon in warm water up to the ankles. Soak for 30 minutes.
Use a pumice stone or callous grater on rough spots to smooth your skin.
If you have them, essential oils are a great addition to the foot bath. A few drops will do of the following:
Lavender for healing
Tea tree for antifungal
Peppermint for energy
It’s always good to inspect them when you’re drying them. Carefully make sure there are no cuts or abrasions that need attention. Trim the toenails and moisturize.
See the video for tips on ingrown toenails and diabetes foot care.
Tips to remember: Always use 100% Pure Essential Oil (Pharmaceutical Grade) for safety and efficacy.
