THE INFORMERS HEALTH TIPS - LYMPHATIC MASSAGE

Always repeat for the opposite side if applicable.
Using clean hands take left hand to right armpit & press and massage in a circular motion ~8 times.
Move up to collarbone/neck area, do circular massage on opposite side using the entire hand ~8 circular motions.
Then move to ears: make fingers into a V shape, then slide hand so fingers are split by the same ear and massage ~8 times.
After that tilt head to left and press/stretch skin in a downward motion from ear down toward the collarbone ~6 times.
Under the jaw, swipe from under the chin back toward the ear on the left side using right fingers about ~4 times.
If having any sinus issues you can continue with applying pressure at the chin toward the ears, gently press and stretch toward ears. Work up your face all the way toward the forehead. Then repeat the ear massage, collar bone, then armpits.
