Sanne from New Zealand shares the Breathing technique for Brain Health. This technique will improve connection between left and right brain as well as the heart-brain-body connection.
Sit upright and relaxed, heart over hips. Start by closing off left nostril with the thumb or index finger and breathe in slow and deep. Switch to the right nostril and breathe out-breathe in with the right nostril and breathe out with the left. Do this pattern back and forth for 8 complete rounds.
