FOOD AS MEDICINE HEALTH TIPS - KIWI
The Kiwi is an incredible blood sugar regulator. Therefore, kiwis are an excellent food source for diabetes, hypoglycemia, & hyperglycemia. They have over 40 trace minerals, including high doses of vitamin C. They are also known for strengthening the digestive system to keep unproductive bacteria, viruses, parasites, yeast, mold, & other disruptive fungus at bay.
Kiwi also supports bursitis in the knee, gout, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic bronchitis, OCD, ADHD, salmonella poisoning, jaundice, & HIV. As well as bloating, abdominal pain, acid reflux, gastritis, constipation, flatulence, & loss of libido.
Your challenge? Eat kiwi three times a day for one week. One at 9 AM, noon and 3 PM. Notice the changes that occur & how you feel.

Ingredients: (use organic when possible)
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
3 mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented
1 medium size banana, sliced
1/4 C pomegranate seeds
Directions:
Add all the fruit to a fruit bowl and mix well. Serve and Enjoy!
