FOOD AS MEDICINE HEALTH TIPS — PEARS
Whether fresh from the tree or baked in a cake, this amazingly tasty fruit can turn an ordinary dish into a healing one within minutes. Pears lock onto poisons in your body, expel them easily, and are spectacular at cleansing and purifying your liver. They soothe the lining of the stomach and intestinal wall, feed helpful bacteria, while they eliminate parasites, fungus, and bad bacteria. They are great for digestion and help rejuvenate the pancreas, which in turn assists in preventing pancreatic cancer.
