BANANA ICE CREAM
2 Ripe Bananas (frozen 6 hours)
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Blend frozen bananas. Should be a thick and similar consistency of frozen yogurt. Add maple syrup for added flavor.
MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP
2 Bananas and a pinch of salt
1/8 tsp Pure Peppermint Extract (more if desired)
Stir in Chocolate Chips or Cacao nibs after blending.
CHOCOLATE
3 Bananas
1/4 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Pinch salt
3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
STRAWBERRY
2 bananas, blend with
1/2 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1/4 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Recipe tips/tricks:
Adding a little fat to the blender, such as coconut milk or nut butters can make it start to taste pretty similar to actual ice cream.
