FOOD AS MEDICINE HEALTH TIPS — WILD BLUEBERRIES

WILD BLUEBERRY BLISS BALLS
8 or 9 pitted Medjool Dates
1/4 C Raw Almonds
1/4 C Raw Cashews
1/3 C Frozen Wild Blueberries
1 tsp Almond Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Coconut Oil
Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
Pinch of Salt
Instructions
1) Process all ingredients except wild blueberries in a food processor.
2) Then add frozen (not thawed) wild blueberries & process again until well blended.
3) Wet your hands and roll mixture into balls
4) Freeze balls for an hour.
5) Remove from Freezer and roll in coconut shreds
6) Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a soft texture or in the freezer for a cold yummy treat.
