This recipe may help with balancing hormones for both men and women.
Mix essential oils with 1 ounce of evening primrose oil in a 2 ounce bottle. (Put mixture into a glass vial with a dropper or a rollerball.)
Rub five drops onto the neck twice daily, wrists and/or belly.
30 drops Thyme
30 drops Clary Sage
30 drops Ylang-Ylang
30 drops Sandalwood
